Hi fellow teachers!
Since this is a site for teachers to share with each other I thought I would share a picture book, my picture book! I wrote this picture during the pandemic and my daughter is the illustrator, she was 16 at the time. It was self published through FriesenPress in May 2022. If you are looking for a new picture book to read to your class at the start of the school please check out my site where you can purchase the book. The book is called Birds of the Same Feather and the theme is anti-bullying and friendship. As well as sharing my book I am looking for new ideas, resources or books too! I will be teaching grade 4 this school year.
